The CUHK Business School Business Innovation and Globalization (BiG) Research Center invited Mr. Fang Fang, J.P. Morgan Vice Chairman of Asia and CEO of China, on March 23, 2013 at the CUHK Shenzhen Research Institute to share on the topic of  "Going Out of China: Innovative Mega-Deal Making Insights and Lessons.", at the CUHK Shenzhen Research Institute.

Mr. Fang Fang shared his experiences in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of Chinese enterprises investing overseas in large-scale transactions.  Drawing from his rich experience, he shared stories of many successful and failed M&A cases to provide powerful lessons for the audience.

The forum was held in both Shenzhen and Hong Kong (live broadcasted from the Shenzhen Campus), attracting more than 400 participants from the Pearl Delta region, including senior management of Chinese enterprises, and professionals in finance, investment, law and various industries.
