To celebrate CUHK’s 50th anniversary, the CU Staff Football Association organized the “CUHK 50th Anniversary Soccer Tournament” and invited teams from local higher education institutes to take part in the tournament, providing them an opportunity to play soccer and bonding at the same time.
Five teams from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The Hong Kong Institute of Education took part in the tournament. The matches were successfully finished on May 12 and the result is as follows :
Champion : The Chinese University of Hong Kong
1st Runner-up : The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
2nd Runner-up : The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
3rd Runner-up : The Hong Kong Institute of Education
