PWH Winter Programme – visit the elderly patients discharged from hospital

Prince of Wales Hospital (PWH) has held the PWH Winter Programme to visit 300 elderly patients discharged from hospital in Shatin from January to March 2014. Please find the detailed information below: 

Dates (Volunteers need to complete all the visits from one of the options)
Option 1 (the fourth Saturday of each month): 25 Jan, 22 Feb, 22 Mar
Option 2 (the second Wednesday of each month): 12 Feb, 12 Mar 

Time
25 Jan, 22 Feb, 22 Mar: 9:00am – 1:00pm
8 Jan,  12 Feb, 12 Mar: 2:00pm – 5:30pm

Tasks
- Visit the elderly patients discharged from hospital
- Provide a quick evaluation on their health and living condition
- Distribute blankets and jackets to the elderly
- Distribute lucky bags before Chinese New Year
